  • Experience in corporate selling (B2B) preferably in a Concept / Relationship management industry.
  • Should be comfortable in Cold Calling and going on field calls daily. (Lead generation, Demo to clients, closing the deals).
  • Aggressive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets.
  • Should be extremely good in follow ups.      
  • Ability to understand a client situation and present a relevant product.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Identifying prospective large enterprises in the region to sell our solutions and reaching out to them through sales calls.
  • Account Management.                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Responsible for achieving sales target.

Profile: Asst. Manager/Manager - Sales

Brief Job Description

  • Generating new & existing business development.
  • Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments.
  • Revenue generation through new account development and existing accounts.        
  • Handling a team of 4-5 people.                                                                                                                        
  • Responsible for achieving new & existing business sales target of the region.
  • Developing relevant business proposals.
  • Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects,competitive activity,new customers etc.
  • Handling meeting with all potential clients & cross/up selling the products.
  • Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed.
  • Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team - by guiding them to move in proper direction.
  • Guiding and mentoring team on closing cases and handling client relationships.
  • Consistent follow through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives
